Installation Instructions
Installing smsZap is very straightforward.
If you are using Safari:
- Click on the download link above.
- The smsZap disk image file will be downloaded and the installation package automatically extracted and loaded.
- The install program will place the smsZap application files on your hard-disk.
- The "big Z" smsZap icon will be in your Applications folder. Double-click this. If you haven't run smsZap before then the Setup Assistant will guide you through creating an account and configuring itself to suit you.
If you are using another browser besides Safari, e.g. Firefox:
- Click the download link above.
- When the file has finished downloading, open the normal folder where your downloads are stored. This should contain a file that either ends in a pkg or a dmg extension.

If you see a dmg file then double-click it. This will open a new Finder window containing the pkg file.
- Double click the pkg file. This will launch the Installer application which will install the smsZap application onto your system.
- The "big Z" smsZap icon will be in your Applications folder. Double-click this. If you haven't run smsZap before then the Setup Assistant will guide you through creating an account and configuring itself to suit you.
